VER CAPITAL IN FRENCH SIENNA INVESTMENT MANAGERS GROUP

As reported today by Il Sole 24 Ore, Ver Capital has joined the French group  Sienna Investment Managers.The company's shareholders and top managers, led by Andrea Pescatori (CEO and founder of Ver Capital), have sold their entire stake in Ver Capital to Sienna, but at the same time they will reinvest a portion in the company that actually controls Sienna Private Credit in France.
