Ver Capital is glad to announce the first closing of Ver Capital Credit Partners Italy Fund (VCCPI V). Important institutional investors like “Fondo Italiano d’investimento” backed VCCPI V. Currently Ver Capital collected € 50 Ml. Fund raising will keep going in the next months, towards the second closing estimated for November 2016 with final target of € 150 Ml. VCCPI V makes investments in senior loans for big-medium-size Italian companies. General purpose is building a well-diversified portfolio able to generate constant cash flows in order to be aligned with dividend distribution policy of the other credit funds managed by Ver Capital.
